  • Annual Commemoration Day Service - 14 October 2010 in Perth - 16-Jun-2010

    The Annual Commemoration Day Service will be held on the evening of 14 October 2010 at Winthrop Hall at the University of WA from 7:00 PM. The Service is an opportunity for Western Australians from all walks of life to come together to remember and celebrate the lives of people close to them who have died in the past year or so. Please read this Information Sheet for more details.  Information for health professionals interested in attending the Service is available here.

    The Executive Committee of Palliative Care WA Inc will meet on the following dates:

    The meeting venue is the Conference Room, AH Crawford Lodge, 55 Monash Ave, Nedlands.  Meetings generally start at 1630.  Any Palliative Care WA Inc member, or guest, who would like to attend should contact the Executive Officer on 1300 551 704 before the meeting.
